I always thought it was called "That's choice". Because of the sample in it which goes "ah that's the choice".

I know 2 bootlegs that it's on. One mix (which has a bit of an acidy feel) is on the same bootleg as Richie Hawtins - Going Back To My Roots. The other mix (which has more piano and the same "la, la, la, la, la, la" as LAN) is on the same bootleg as Chicago Trip.

As for the original. I've never even heard of anyone who's got a copy, let alone seen it. So if you've located a copy, it would be amazing. And if so did they have any more copies?

Whatever it is it ain't Q Words - That's Choice.

That's Choice starts off in a vocoded voice "4,3,2,1". Then it's got another sample that goes "I think that kind of sexual activity is disgusting". It's absolutely full of well used samples all the way through. Which doesn't detract from the fact that it's a fucking great tune.

... I reckon you mean Richie Havens. Although a Richie Hawtin version of back to my roots would be very interesting :)

The last name just wasn't feeling right as I was typing it stoned last night. Funny thing was I saw the bloke about 2 weeks ago when he was Groove Armada's guest vocalist on the Other Stage at Glastonbury. They played "Going Back To My Roots" last an all.

Whilst I'm on the subject - Something else I don't think they showed on TV was Doves last song on the Pyramid stage - which was Space Face (as in when they were Sub Sub). There must have only been about 100 of us in the crowd that knew the song.
