cancer affects so many peoples lives its a devasting word a think a few members on here of late have gone threw the mill to do with family members, as betty said stay strong and my thoughts are with you all , and well done to miss tickle and sam

£2 is the price of a cheap gossip mag, 50p for a bar of chocolate......you don't need to hear any more about nicole richie and her bones, and you certainly dont need to get fat - instead just donate it to cancer research!!!! Put £3 in as a donation instead of a vodka tonic you might have on a friday night. Just go for it. Give whatever in support of the ladies running. My mum is only 44 and cancer has turned her world upside down these past 2 weeks - the money raised helps all sorts of women. It can only be a good thing.

Sam, i'm actually getting a lot fitter I think. Did 3k in under 20mins the other day, so if I can keep that up, i reckon i'll defo get 5k in under 30mins easily (lol as long as I do decide to get pissed on the friday night like) How's it going for you babe?

I am getting there, did 3 miles in 45 mins yesterday which is really good for me cause i am so unfit, but going to step it up now and hopefully i will get it done in less than 30 mins (well thats the plan anyway )

I know what you mean, around half of my girliy mates are doing it so we've all decided not to sponsor each other, otherwise it gets confusing but it means we havent got half as much as we'd like!

lol you can fuck right off with the London Marathon though, 5k's knackering me out as it is, if I has to do 25miles or whatever it is, i'd end up looking like Nicole Ritchie after a binge weekend lol (way to get to a size 0 in 1 day though lol)
