Well said! Not keen on the scrounging of the digital generation.

My Discogs contains nothing but messages asking for 'high quality recording or copy of ........' I took the effort to find my records, save up and buy them, the digital generation should try this themselves, it's rewarding actually owning the original record!

I must admit to "embracing" digital technology :$, but I take pride in buying vinyl, and recording from my own source phones: - nothing like a a wav or flac with pop's n clicks

Digital with a few pops, perfect for me with my circa 3000 digital recordings all of my own records nothing bought, stolen or scrounged in digital format.

Having a good time, work is now good after a rocky start, earning about the same as uk, bought a house in central Brisbane and moving in Feb so will get music room set up and get on here. Record buying also interesting, actually have record shops here, some 2nd hand and have met a record dealer who is likely to empty my pockets as he has loads of Chicago and throws his own parties!

The nightlife is strange, people eating, vip lounges and more about the night out than us mad people from UK where music is king and a good night out can be had in the middle of a field with a strobe light and 5k turbo sound system!

We move in February to our house so I can start setting things up properly. Been out buying records today, quite surprised that many records are available here most in quite good condition although a few more $'s than discogs. Got most recorded digitally and need to buy new HD to plug into laptop and then ready to go.

Acid house is really underground here which is great for me, makes me that odd bloke who loves that strange music which suits me fine.

I love a Saturday morning mix which would be Friday night in UK so would work fine
