re-naming Mp3 Tracks??

hi folks,

im in the middle of putting a load of Mp3 on to my new toy the missus bought me for xmas,when i drag and drop the tracks to the Pacemaker editor they only show up as track 1, track 2 etc,this only seems to happen to tracks i ripped myself from vinyl using a cd recorder.Other rips i have been sent etc show up with full track name.Even though the ones ive ripped myself have names (ie, Teknobit-sadesound) they only show up as track 1.Is there anyway of renaming the track so when it is played the name is given in the player menu etc

I use winamp to view/play/edit mp3 file info on the PC

I has a field (view file info - ALT & F3)
in there is the ID3 tag (haha no pun)

If the mp3 files aren't tagged they won't show up in generic mp3 players.
