Ha ha yeah exactly. Doesn't seem to be putting people off bidding though.

I had circa 1-200 records without covers most now have new sleeves. Yes some do become damaged however most are fine and seems to be a pro dj thing ie believing their records have little value as they were given for free via postal lists. The worst collection I bought had circa 100 uncovered records a lot of which were near unplayable however 1200 records for £50 all unsorted from 89 to 93 mostly London underground hardcore.

I had a horrible experience once, which i'm sure most other crate diggers can relate to, where i found a classic 12" sleeveless & naked & scratched to hell (i think it was new world corporation or something in that league) and it was so bad that i just left it. It's a crime and it requires punishment.

Somehow it plays right the way through with no additional stylus weight however it sounds shocking.
