Right, I've seen stuff like this on other forums, so here we go.
We all know how old we are and stuff, and what our favourite old school tuneage is, but what about other interests and stuff?
Use the latest 'cut and paste' technology to answer the following questions:
Where do you live and why?
What's your favourite movie?
What was the last movie you saw at the cinema?
What was the last movie you watched on VHS/DVD?
What's in your home CD player at the moment?
What's in your car CD/Cassette player at the moment?
What else do you listen to apart from Old Skool?
What's your most treasured vinyl/CD and why?
What's the most you've paid for vinyl/CD (including box sets)?
What's your favourite tipple?
What's your favourite food?
What do your mates call you?
What car do you drive?
Who's the love of your life?
If you won £4million on the lottery, what would you do?
Right, I'll start the ball rolling, eh... :S
Where do you live and why?
Droylsden in Manchester. Coz I've always lived in Manchester, and Droylsden's close enough to where most of my friends and family are without being TOO close.
What's your favourite movie?
Sh*te. It's between 'The Mask' and 'There's Something About Mary'. I p*ss myself everytime I watch these, which is a bit sad, I know. I also p*ss myself whenever I watch 'Me, Myself and Irene'.
What was the last movie you saw at the cinema?
Star Wars Episode II. And it was a load of sh*tey w*nk.
What was the last movie you watched on VHS/DVD?
DVD: Pearl Harbor, only because I borrowed it from my mate about 4 months ago and he was hassling me to give it him back.
VHS: Cannibal Holocaust.
What's in your home CD player at the moment?
Some bootleg Sasha CD from 1992 called 'Sasha Live'
What's in your car CD/Cassette player at the moment?
Loads of stuff, a couple of 'DJ Magazine' freebie CDs, Ministry Chillout something-or-other, and, very annoyingly to my other half, a CDR which contains about 8 versions of 'Sueno Latino' and nothing else!
What else do you listen to apart from Old Skool?
Bit of trance, hip hop, Bob Marley, progressive house.
What's your most treasured vinyl/CD and why?
CD: Sueno Latino - Sueno Latino, coz I've only ever seen the original 1989 version on CD single once, and that was the time I bought it. Also one of my fave tunes ever.
Vinyl: Asmo - Jam The Dance, coz it's the only vinyl I have left!
What's the most you've paid for vinyl/CD (including box sets)?
Erm, I think I paid £90 for 'Beats, Breaks and Scratches box set'.
After that it would be £69 for 'The History of House Box set' back in 1989.
Most I've ever paid for one CD was £30, and that was 'Innovations - Dance Planet' by Derrick May.
Sad git.
What's your favourite tipple?
It used to be Michelob, until the w*nkers stopped importing it, and decided to make it out of London tapwater instead.
It's a cross between K1664 and Scrumpy Jack at the moment (for maximum p*ssed-ness).
Vodka also plays an important part in my life!
What's your favourite food?
Anything so long as it's not 'English roast dinner' type of thing, seafood or butter beans.
What do your mates call you?
Jay
What car do you drive?
I gave my car to my wife, Sarah, do I don't have my own car now!
It's a 1991 Ford Escort cab, and the frikkin number plate is probably worth more than the car. Some nice memories, though.
Who's the love of your life?
See answer above (the wife, not the car)!
If you won £4million on the lottery, what would you do?
(1) get p*ssed
(2) make sure all my friends and family were looked after.
(3) buy a big fekk-off house, with a games room full of old arcade machines, like 'Space Invaders' and 'Asteroids', and with one of those Air Hockey tables.
(4) get p*shed
Make something out of that, Dr freud. :S
