rm files

I hope somebody on here can help me. Im downloading a load of old hardcore sets but ive just spotted that they are rm files ??? :S :S ???. Does anybody have any idea what these files are and what i need to convert them to mp3. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

they are real media files if u download SWITCH RM to MP3 converter they will be cool
