I swear I heard this years ago on a Sasha mix but can't pinpoint which one.

I came across the tune again on a '95 Dave Cannalte (was resident at Firestone in Orlando) mix:

The track rolls in around 6:30 minutes and uses a vocal that may be Moonstone's cover of Abba's Visitors.

Any help would be much appreciated.

That seems likely. I can't find audio for them all but a 1994 release, so quite possible, Thanks for the suggestion!
