Would anyone re-up this mix for me? I would love you forever:love: Neither of the current links are working for me.

If its the mix im thinking, then i used to have it on original tape until unfortunately thieved by a sticky-fingered "mate":naughty: I used to laugh at the title and think "how could a DJ be unplugged?" but it was still one of the best mixes.

It is the tape i used to own! Listened to the tracks on Youtube, and found a tune ive hunted for many years:

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QnKlLkUAHMs]108 Grand - Tonight (Dub) - YouTube[/ame]

Wicked tune. That breakbeat is a corker:thumbsup:

Sasha did something similar on his Mixmag mix. I suspect if this is a studio set then he has done the same here.

so does anyone know then if its suppose to have jungle and bird noises throught the second part of the mix lmao

I seem to remember bird & jungle noises throughout Side B on my original tape, but ive had a scoot through the version on Soundcloud and nothing on there. And it dosent fade out where i expected it to (at the end of Side A of the tape).

Which leads me to believe that the mix on Soundcloud is a re-creation done by the poster Russell Pearce and not a rip of the original Sasha tape. A shame, but good quality and corkin choons none the less.

Anyone fancy posting their rip of the original tape? Pretty please?

i wonder why it has the jungle noises on the second part its a shame really cause the quality is excellent with excellent tunes but it does get on ya nerves a little seems strange to why the original had them noises in it

oldskoolnick74.... u r a star :love: Thanks for the uploads.

Just having a listen to both the originals and Russell Pearce's re-creations and the originals are much much better. The sound is more crisp. You can really hear that wicked breakbeat when 108 Grand - Tonight kicks in, whereas Russells version is more dull in the mid-range. Also i think the originals are pitched up slightly speed wise. And the bass is much more defined on the originals.

The jungle and bird noises dont interfere with the mix, it just gives it an individual touch.

Sorry Russell Pearce, but re-creating the set and misleadingly entitling it "Sasha Unplugged 93" is just wrong in my opinion :naughty:
