This doesnt include Sky TV, pool tables and balconies with sun loungers....it means hard graft, courses to change thier attitude of the world, to respect others and thier property, etc. The change has to be engineered from within thier own minds. No comforts, just a mechanism to socially re-engineer. Parents need to be made to take responsibility for their lack of parenting skills, stop relying on and blaming the government for thier own lifestyle choices, and stop blaming 'poverty'. </p><p></p><p>In the meantime, thier dress sense should just be openly laughed at and make them feel like they are clowns. Its the only way. Remove thier so called 'cred' and make it a laughing stock.</p><p></p><p>One final word, we leave this to deteriorate at our own peril, and one day the other team may be in a position to take them under thier wing, or be respected as the only ones left with a backbone and morals to sort it out.....</p><p></p><p>Sirius.</p></blockquote><p></p>
