 Funny you should mention the eye thing, we had one with a glass eye and milk bottle glasses, Mr Francis, and he was the most instant-temper bastard ever, always exploding with rage and lobbing the board rubber etc.. mind you, probably didnt help with everyone raising their hand and repeatedly asking 'How many I's in Francis, Mr Francis...'  lol and the nose picker too! - had one of those in primary school, used to unashamedly pick his nose with his biro and then mark your work with it and / or wipe it on your book , euuuwwww :hurl: and the name switching...one was Mrs Condon, so you can imagine how easily that got changed.... & My form tutor one year was Mr Bean, I kid you not :D silly, but amused me :D There were some right bastards, dishing out detentions, lines, pointless punishment essays, confiscating stuff, making me stay behind in class to scrub the million-year old tables full of graffiti so ancient it was probably hieroglyphics just because allegedly my pen was touching the tabletop for a millisecond  I only deserved some of them :P muhaha The fuckers had character though, and gave as good as they got, made you strangely begrudginly respect them, or even if not...remember them all these years later. I loved school. :D I dont care how geeky that sounds. Best years of your life they say... well I appreciated them at the time, not just after. Plus my home life was allover the place and towards the end of school I was stuck in a hideous relationship with a complete twat, so lets face it , school was probably a welcome escape at the time :D ahh fond memories
