Still big in some clubs like the Pleasure Rooms(Liverpool), I can't help smiling when I hear them, they are funny tunes..even though they are awful, reminds me of my younger days in the 051 and the Sunrise

One issue I have with Scouse House(amongst many lol) is that they constantly play that that Beachball tune I think by Nalin and Kane??? I used to and still do love that but they've called it 'Cruzin' and normally have an mc talking all over it.
Its now a bit of an 'anthem' on the scouse house scene, lol

totally agree , defo not ever my cup of tea either BUT easy money , me n my mate rattled a 6 min scouse "ouse" tune off from start to finish in an afternoon fully mastered n everything , we got drunk in his studio making it And had a total scream pissin ourselves laffin we kept saying to each other "needs a lil more DONK !!!" lol ,, unfortunatly im too ashamed :$ to share it but those close to me whove been lucky enough to hear it said at the time its shite but its just as good as the rest of that type of shite out there , which is a sort of complement i suppose..

Absolutely awful IMHO. Makes my ears hurt. Reminds me of a review I once read in Mixmag for a record by Riot Nation, called 'Abba Gabber'. It read something like:

'Truly the music Satan shakes his little pointy tail to in the depths of hell. After 30 seconds I can stand no more. Take it away!!'

I'm glad it exists though, in the same way that I'm glad DJs like Judge Jules/Graham Gold etc exist. It means the people that like it have somewhere to go, and therefore hopefully won't turn up at the event I want to go to. Is that bad?
