Watched Shaun of the Dead and thought this was really good, i was suprised how funny i thought it was as it didn't come across as my type of film. I thought it was great to see so many talented young Brit comedians in it, i love the bloke out of the Black Books, and the girl from Spaced. A really refreshing comedy with excellent casting- i loved the best friend.

Watching Deli this eve, anyone seen it?

:)

I don't have to tell you that its the first film by the director of amelie. Set in post apocalyptic france.
It is the opposite to amelies lovely sweetness and is a tale of lack of food. I shall say not much more. Is very entertaining and has some hilarious scenes. Mainly the famous one with a couple shagging and the bed springs moving in time to lots of other people in the complex doing stuff. I remember this scene nicked for an advert at some stage. I'm sure you'll love the film. But I repeat it is pretty black humour

Both superb fillums.

Delicatessen is one of my all time 5 fave films, ever

I hope you love it as much as I do, as it's absolutely mint, the colouring is amazing.

If you've not already seen it, also get The City Of Lost Children (same directors) and maybe check out 187 (Samuel L. Jackson) another of my faves, a top soundtrack, and great colouring again.

Films, aren't they mint :D
