Shoes in the road

I have seen lots of theese at late, just random shoes in the middle of the road. Sometimes on their side, other times standing up in a comedy fashion like they are off somewhere on a jaunt. And they are always really wank shoes, like Tommy Ball 99p'ers. Big black daft things.

Where do they come from, how exactly do you come to loose a shoe in the road and not notice?

When I was 15 I was run over big style and my foot was twisted around facing the wrong way. My shoe didn't stay on my foot as this happened and I never saw the shoe again - clarks school shoes if I recall I was rushed to hospital in a ambulance so I didn't really care about the shoe.

Everytime I see a shoe in the road I just figure someone got owned by a vehicle

I was thinking something similar myself the other day, i've noticed a few lately too. I saw a childs shoe in the road the other day and it really upset me, i'm sure it was nothing horrific but it still bothered me loads.

You see random shirts (mainly them horrible lumberjack ones lol) and really mingo pairs of trousers as well. Maybe they get dropped out of the vehicle by accident en route to somewhere

But the best one has got to be, the bike tyre over the lampost trick, or the shoe's tied together an slung over the phone lines. You know your in a really nice area when you see these.

outside jjb in huddersfield today there was a lad about 12 crying and shouting my mums gonna kill me while all his mates pissed themselves laffing at him. They were those really expensive manky trainers aswell the 1's with the springs on the heels

the best bit is when the tyre is over the lamp post, you see some proper skid trying to retreive it for his bike coz he cant afford one. scallie tramps

LOLOLOL!!! D'ya know, just the other day i mentioned this to Lee after seeing a few shoes knocking around on the roads, all different! ...Funny, coz you never see the owners of these shoes walking around with their one shoe! lolol
