ive changed the shoutbox around a bit so its now called radio shouts and also made it so that its connected to the radio bit. also when the radio aint online it wont show up.

this is due to it gettin more used like a chat room stylee scenario. the softwrae aint designed for chat room use its more a shoutbox (hence its name lol)

if there is enough demand for a full on live chat room i can look into sorting one which will be made to do that (and dead good too might i add lol)
