click on users CP at the top, then click edit signature, then a box comes up where you write in what you want to put, if there is a picture that is on the internet you need the web site that its linked to ie
for the one in my sig if you right click on the picture and select properties then copy the web url you get http://www.4thdd.co.uk/images/sarah.jpg
this is the address you need to put in your sig but you need
on either side of it so it looks like this

if its a pic on your PC it needs to be uploaded to the internet so you can just link it to your signature, you need to get someone to host it for you, I have no webspace and cannot host a pic mate.
