I have this tape (somewhere) that I will dig out again from the atic. Wondering if anyone can confirm the ID of the tape with what I can tell you from memory. I also have a few short clips of tunes from the tape that I used a few years ago on another site to get ID's and just found them so will post them on the Tune ID section later.
The tape I have is from around 1992 I think? On the tape itself it has written "Simon Bassline Smith". I am unsure if it is Bassline Smith as most of the tunes are a bit mellow and the tape is more chilled out rather than anything too upbeat.
The few tunes that I remember off the top of my head that are on it are:- "Spirit Of Destiny" (Justin Robertson mix) by Sly & Lovechild. Also had Rockers revenge "Walking on sinshine" Accapella (I think). And also used part of the "Bugger Groove" (FX mix) by the buggers:-
Does anyone know of this tape at all or confirm if it is Bassline Smith?
Will post a few samples of tunes from the tape that I never got I'ds for and will try and dig the tape out for more info on it?
