just do what i do mate and don't watch any of those shitty shows (BGT/X-Factor/American Pop Idol). the sooner sensible folk wake up to this nonsense the sooner it'll go. once advertisers realise that people with money in their pockets no longer want this tripe the sooner the TV stations will pull the plug.

i'm amazed how many of my intelligent friends actually watch programmes like this. it's as though i see something they don't and can't get it into their heads it's rotting their brains.
