Ow do u lot.. Tried a few things to help me sleep now as i avnt been able 2 properly since goin back 2 work, Has any1 tried relaxation tapes??? If so i would b greatfull if you could send em me :D i'm fresh out of ideas..

only way 2 solve your problem is by goin bed say 3am, regardless of whether u sleep or not get up t 7am. Stay up all day and don't drink no caffine after 2pm. Then go 2 bed about 10pm
I do rotating 12 shifts, when i finish on nights i get home at 7am, go straight 2 bed then up at 11am
chill out music might make u relax but u need 2 reset your body clock

mate...try hypno theraphy. I had 3 sessions a couple of years ago as I was shit scared of flying. It worked a treat and i can pretty much fly with no probs at all (been to thailand and the states since!). Best thing about it is you can self hypnotise yourself to relax and whenever I am havin trouble getting to sleep I use that and Im out like a light:thumbsup:

I find listening to Enigma, The Orb and even The Future sound of London helps me to chillout and relax.

I do however have a propor relaxation CD - ill try and upload a copy of it for you.:D
