Is it wrong?

I always thought this was for lazy arse's, but i am just so tired all the time at the mo, that even though i had a good 8 hours last night i want to go back to bed for a bit now. I have a ton of stuff to do, but my eyes are all sleepy.

Does anybody else have little kip's during the day? And if so, will i be able to sleep this eve?

:)

i used to fall asleep most nights after getting in from work and fall asleep fri night at 12.00 on the dot...my problem was lack of exercise and crap diet.

you'll find the more you sleep the more tired you get..

why not just put you cozzy on then get on the settee...it's the thought that counts.

seriously as daft as it sounds a bit of exercise is more likely to wake you up than make you feel more tired...well it does for me anyway

Sniffing glue........again!
Me and my son fell asleep together on the couch last night at about 6 and woke up just after midnight, it was a right bummer cos then we were both wide awake.

I quite often sleep in the day, even just for half an hour. Once i get tired i'm fit for nothing until i've had a little sleep. I used to do it at uni, i'd just pop my head down on the desk and nod of for ten minutes. I don't think anyone noticed until i suddenly grunted and sat up with a line of drool out of my mouth. :$

 Amelie,

I absolutley Love sleeping... Tis as Jayne says if you've got to sleep... You've just got to sleep... It does not make you a waster or anything... Its Just your bodies way of telling you that you must rest!

Then on the back hand of that Grad is right too... Exercise is the key to most things... I know that if your feeling a wee bit grimm, I go and damage a sports hall floor with a high impact type stylee work out... that will kick start you.

I find that combined with swimming is the thing that sorts me out! If I need to sleep during the day a quick power nap is just what the doctor ordered!

Hope this helps you out a bit!

In a world of my own
Like grad says a bad diet can cause fatigue ( not a bad word for me that :) havent a fuckin clue if its spelt right) or too much sleep can make you feel more tired, also lack of sleep from the weekend could catch up, stress, mild diabeetise, theres loads of reasons but your a nurse anyway aint you or a therapist or sumat like that ?

Drama over, i am just getting sick thats ll.

I went to bed at 11.30ish after not even having he energy to get a swim bag togehter.

Just woke up running a mild temp, quite severe pain in my pariatal region and pain on eye movements, with a general achy feeling all over.

Nice

You can get in from work feeling knackered and cant even be arsed to make ya tea so ya nap for 5 to 10 mins on the settee and when ya awake ya feel ready for anything. Or at least i do :$

Anybody else swear by these :p
