I sleep on my front, no pillow- i use my arms as support. Have done for years, but this last week its started to give me neck and shoulder ache.

Whats your preff. The most common one i am gonna try myself and adopt as my own.

Left side, or back, depending how tired I am, pref left side, but if I slump into bed at silly o'clock, I'll just lay there on back and drift off...

I start on my left side side, then roll onto my right side, then I usually alternate between sides, occasionally resting on my back:)

6 Positions with personalities!

sleeping-big.gif

1. FETUS
People who sleep this way are tough on the outside but shy and sensitive underneath.

This was the most common sleep position of study participants, with 41 percent saying they sleep this way. With women, however, the percentage was higher. Fifty-one percent of the women in the study sleep this way.

2. LOG
Sleepers in this position are easygoing and like to be part of the "in crowd."

3. YEARNER [YER-ner]
Study participants who slept in the yearner position had open natures but could be suspicious.

4. SOLDIER
People who sleep this way are quiet and reserved but set high standards for themselves and others.

5. FREE FALL
Sleepers in free-fall position are sociable and bold, and they don't like criticism.

6. SEA STAR
People who sleep in the sea star position are good listeners who make friends easily.

I always sleep best on my front, but that requires atleast a slight offset by one arm under the hips otherwise my whatnots get crushed....which isnt good.

The only trouble with being comfy on your front with no pillows like me and you, is the tendency to drool a bit in your sleep  .

Cant be doing with pyjamas either, or boxers or anything :$ , and I get a bit of that lazy leg thing going on where I uncontrolably have to just kick out a bit....

I must be a nightmare partner LOL.

Sirius.

oooh , my last housemate had one of those duvet covers! :rotate: its pretty hard playing it on a squidgy bed, when pi$$ed, you keep boinging about all over everytime someone makes even a slight move :D Kinda feel 'seasick' :D Last time we played it I ruined it by spazzing out because someone touched my foot in the tangle.... cue the whole lot of us collapsing in a heap :$ Great fun though! :D  I love twister , still got mine
