smilies r gone ????

is anyone else having probs with their smilies? mine aint working but i've not disabled them!

could anyone pls help on this? since i become a gold member, i've only been able to access the standard smilies via the drop down box on the top tool bar when creating a post. does anyone know how to resolve this so i can access the others aswell? i'm missing them!
