Hmmmm, was just lisening to Kiss 100 in the car on my way back from lunch when all of a sudden I hear the familiar sound of one of my fave tracks ....... Sound of Eden !!!

It's a remix (obviously) with a diff bloke singing but the main part of it is essentially the same (to the non DJ untrained ear of course before you all shout at me !!! :$ )
The sample of the WooOOOO WoooOOOO bits sound exactly the same but the singing is deffo a diff person. There's also a slightly faster beat to it.

Overall Opinion: Not mordered entirely but still not as good as the original...........but then again, how could it be !!.

:eyes: :eyebrow:

i heard this today and was shocked.....it sounds just as old....but without the sytle class or originality
its a cheap and nasty imitation which is going to kill the excitement of hearing the original (like at blow on saturday!)
i cant believe they were allowed to release this, the guys voice is like some kinda uk garage singer and he just doesnt do it justice and they've not even attempted to bring it up to date
a very poor cover
1/10 :naughty:

Whilst you're on the subject of Sound of Eden, has anyone heard the original?

"Of course we 'ave, you loon. What ya goin on about!??", is probably what you're now thinking. Well, not all of you have heard the real original, I expect, (and hope, otherwise I'm making an arse of myself) unless you have the promo copy. I picked up the promo at the weekend (£3 heh heh) and it has 12" version and Original mix!!! The 12" is the one EVERYONE knows but the original mix is very different, more housey, no breakbeat, different piano and it says "everytime I see that woman"!!! It does also say "girl" but that's it, all the other lyrics aint there!

So there you go!
Hopefully this is new news to some of ya.
