The windows free one is good its called windows defender and heres the addy hope its of use to u.

In addition to surface based utils i use hijackthis and xpregscrub.

Basically your adawares and spywareblasters only go so deep, the above mentioned are there to cleare specific values within an enviroment, basically they are power tools and are very handy.
