Swimming pools

Why is it there are always those wee black flies in outdoor swimming pools - I have a vague memory of goin on holidays and the swimmin pool was like a graveyard or summat with all these black wee things. It was like fly titanic or summat wifout the boat....

Those arn't flies they are fish food cos the old people who look like Mr Magoo can't c where they r n think its an aquarium ?
