How do all
So ive finally finished my 1st tune (woohoo!!!). This is quite a monument for me as over the last 2/3years ive been trying producing ive never really managed to put more than a few bars together. With this rmx it all sort of fell together a bit more.
Anyway your feedback would be really appreciated? If you can think of any way i could improve things please let me know?

So please let me know what you think?

Here the to 320CBR mp3;-

I love breaks, and I love Echo Drop so was intruiged to see this. I've just had a listen and I like it  Does what it says on the tin without bastardising the original too much :king: I approve. :D

wow i didnt expect this sort of reaction so cheers guys. It really makes all the hard work seem worth reading the above comments so thanks again.:D

I made it all in Ableton but its all done with 3rd party VST's not Abletons native plug ins. TBH i think Live's native plug ins sound a bit poor compared with 3rd party vst synths and plug ins.
Im thinking of having a play with Reaper though for the next track as one of the worst things about Live is its CPU usage. I was continusly having to bounce the midi parts, and large fx's buses, down to audio and audio stems to bring down my CPU usage. Ive been hearing really good things about Reaper and its low footprint and CPU overhead (and its cost, £40 for the full version BTW). I'll still be editing all my sampled loops in Live as brilliant for editing and time streaching but i think i'll do all the midi and sequencing in Reaper (if its as good as what they say).

The beats took a fair while to do. Ive been struggling to crate a good harsh breaks snare for some time now but i managed to pull it off with a bit of creative layering and compression. Same goes for the kick.

Cheers TC i tried to make sure i didnt screw the original to much as i do love that track.

Thanks all again for taking the time to give it a listen and to post your feedback. Its very much appreciated and its really made my day with some of the comments ive read.
