I think that the production/distribution company that produced and distributed the tapes did it on the sly. It's the same with the Progress and Hot To Trot mixes... they show up as bootlegs too. It's like they used the recordings provided by the promotors and rebranded them to make more more. I don't think Jim Ryan and the guys are Moneypenny's for example would have known or said it was ok, personally.
