Here's a question for you all.

As alot of you no I have a staffy. When I go out and I have to leave her on her own I always leave the telly on for her. Why! so she doesnt get lonely, who else does this with your pets.

our dog doesn't get lonely cos he's usually asleep!!
but b4 we go out we have to check the house for stuff he might eat while we're gone.

I used 2 leave the radio in the stables if I had 2 leave 1 of the horses in on their own & me mum leaves the radio on 4 the dogs, so u ain't alone!!

at the risk of sounding like a loony,...............I have left the telly on for them and the light if it's been night time so that they can see.and a blanket in winter to snuggle into.:$ :$ :$

me mams got a hound just like the springer up the top of the page and if i was going out i always used to leave him some biscuits and the blinds slightly open so he could stick his head through em and bark at passers by

My sis leaves the TV on in the living room for her parrot, and the radio on in the kitchen!.... in case he fancies a little flap around the room!.

Ben leaves his telly and a light on for his dog quite a lot of the time.

I have a light that's on one fothose plug timer type thingies so if I'm workign late it will switch on on it's own and keep burglers away... but I also secretly think it's nice for my cats to not be in the dark when their mummy isn't there :$ :$ :$

That's true, i still don't like the thought of them being in the dark, they're only babies.
