I don't know if it's still available but there used to be a compilation around that was called "Best of Italian House". It was part of a best of house series (best of house, best of acid house etc) relased on BMG's budget range, but the Italian one was done in association with Discomagic. It was released in about 93-94 on four unmixed CD's for £11.99 and was basically 4 CD's stuffed with the best of Discomagic up to that point.

I found Disc Three of that "Best of..." series but I've not found the rest of the italian house CDs

Has some pretty cool tunes on - Jinny and stuff like that, so I'd be interested to see what was on the other ones if anyone knows...
