Anyone read this absolute beauty of a book? Its a detective story with a difference, as the main caracter has an Autistic style disorder. Its beautifully written, very funny and touching too.

I give it 7 out of 10.:)

I'll go one better & give it an 8/10.
If your after a book thats a bit different this is the one, did not fancy it at first (birds cast off) but after a couple of pages was hooked :) Is written in a style that must of been a bugger for the author to keep consistant right the way through, but it work  Is bit off an in-sight into how an autistic mind works too

Did I just admit that? :$

lol... I never cry at books... unless I trap my testies when I slam it shut :p ...and I kinda like that :|

Not cried at a movie since I was like 8 (film was "the champ") and I figured I must be a heartless bastard until I watched the whale rider t'other night and balled like a school girl at one of the scenes.

Don't think I'll bother with a 7/10 book plus it sounds a bit menthol tbh. Any recommendations for 10/10 books? Xmas is coming I need to buy myself some pressies :)
