Well.....a tune I've not got is Moby - I feel it, so I can't play it :( have only ever heard RJ play this once (think it's an absolute stonker) and am requesting this tune for the other DJ's to play? If anyone of ya's has got it please please play it!

I'll second Butty's shout, we'll do our best to play the one's ya want!:thumbsup:

lol Al I got all those except for the instrumental of Techno Age

I'm gonna play a funky'ish vibe, few vocals, nice basslines and chunky beats, and of course plenty of PIANO!!!!!

Considering its a chillout room I aint gonna play bangin rave on this occasion, but thats just me, lol

im sure wel all try n b a tad different and throw sum less heard ones in al - at the end of the day tho what 1 person likes the next person might not its about tryin 2 cater for everyone which im sure wel all give a pretty good blast at. il prolly end up playin a bit of everythink coz i dont like stikkin to 1 sort of tuneage, yeah me set will have sum more of the well knowner ones but il also mix it up with sum secret weapons ie that big bass tune - thats a a tune that the world shud b forced to check out coz its just different which is what is needed sometimes, althou at the same time i think the largies are more popular and are what people want and like to hear so its just a case of balancin it oot

my views on it n e ways that b

yeah respect man but ya get sick of hearing str8 back 2 back mixin - especially all tunes like jinny keep it warm - joy n joyce babe babe they anthems yeah but hammerd. like at goodtimes bringing xtc in someone whos been there djin for yrs - loves djin - that set was amazin proper classic oldskool set - double d found love - renegade soundwave wooooohooooo one for us old gits that, i love a mixture of styles

i agree with rewind on this one

too many oldskool events

play the same old tune's week in week out

shit their's so many classic out their you never here in
an oldskool event

If you ever saw nipper at bowlers

yeh the set was good

but if you've seen him play elsewhere, such as rise sheffield or
hotel de france Jersey

you'd know he was the dogs bolloxs

grandmaster flash white line's (don't do it)
into energy flash, who else could pull off a mix like that

other tunes i'd love to hear

*cash money and marvelous 'mighty hard rocker'
*king bee funky bass mix of 'back by dope demand' played inc the credits and shout outs

*suger bear 'don't scandalize mine'
*king cut (feat dj cheese) 'word of mouth'

or the early sasha renaissance style
*that kid chris 'keep on pressin on'
*jaco 'show some love'
*ryhthm invention 'chronoclasm'
* annadin 'angel'
* vfr 'tranceillusion'
* virtual mismo 'mismo plastico'
* shi-take 'don't look back in anger'
* voodoo child 'voodoo child'
*RSW 'acid thunder'

going into 94/5 garage house graeme park hacienda stylee

'love's got me on a trip so high', maria rowe, technique 'this ol house' inner city 'big fun',
*donner summer 'melody of love' BIG BIG TUNE
*krissy ward 'right and exact'
*caught in the middle of love (my heartbeat bangs like a drum)you know the type, the big black us singers*
jocelyn brown/

Lol, I'd suggest Velvet "Hold Me" cause Fantazia needs to have a listen (in the right environment) :D

Ting is, with a beast like Velvet it's not really will the DJ play him - it's more whether he'll play with the DJ.... ;)

il take the velvet hold me challenge down mukka

Mate, are you sure :| He can be a tricky customer at the best of times :hubba:

My advice would be to show no fear !!!! Look him straight in the eye and let him know whose boss right from the start :ba: If he senses even the slightest hint of fear when you remove him from the box he'll have yer hand off :mad:

Oh and for christ sake don't sit him near Baffa in yer box :condom: They fight like cat and dog - my copy of Pako is forever having to step in and seperate em :axe: :axe:
