Ive heard worse!!:D

I kind of like it you know, its OK. Im all for a remix/rehash/rip off/rerub etc etc and I love it when I hear a half decent remix of a good tune, its good for the young uns to hear how good stuff was back then and at the same time they can have the updated beat etc and whatever style of editing/building of tunes is in at the moment. Everyones happy.

At first when it was on I thought wow is this one of those faithful re-edits, lol that faithful its the same as the original! But when it kicked in with the beat and all that stuttering of the riffs they do these days I knew it was a remix.

"errrm... can't you at least credit the original artist ? This is NOT your own original composition & full propz should go to Digital Orgasm - all you've done is take a classic & ruin it"

LOL, coz every oldskool tune was completely original. Hardly anyone ripped anyone else off, and on the rare occasion that it did happen, full credit to the original artists was always given... ;) :p

It's as bad as Peter Hook "DJ'ing"

What reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaallly boils my piss is that they are selling this on beatport as an 'original mix'

i dont mind it, i would rock to it, if it was blasted out of some huge speakers in a festi dance tent :fekked:

i like the remix that kicks in at 24.25 on this Kraftykuts - Krafty Kuts - Old To The New Vol 2 - June 2010 DJ Mix - SoundCloud dsk, it might just be an acapella layed over, but i like a bit of nostalgia banged into a bit of new style.

but yeah if the guys trying to take all the credit, he should at least call it a digital orgasm remix or something.

I didn't credit anyone with the stuff I 'borrowed' for these:

ROR PT1 Spectre by Scott Hallam on MP3 and WAV at Juno Download

ROR PT2: Spice by Scott Hallam on MP3 and WAV at Juno Download

ROR Part 3 MentSpasm by Scott Hallam on MP3 and WAV at Juno Download

Is it because you know me it makes it more acceptable?

I don't like or hate that Eruption, as Ste says it makes it current for the kids today as they love that stuttered electroclash house sound.

I'd just post more of what you do like instead, save the hate and turn it into lurve

Check the first track on this mix:

Scott Hallam - Scott Hallam - Second - SoundCloud

Aceness for us grown ups

i'm kinda with ste on this, i like some remixes of old tunes

but not this one, there are tunes that can't be improved and imho moog eruption is one of em

and shooms is spot on as well, this is just blatent plagiarism, if i was the guy behind digital orgasm i'd be suing their asses off grrrrrrrr
