When me and my mates when to a club/rave in 90-91 we always used to listen to some certain tunes on the way back in the car and/or when we went to someones house who's parents had gone away  a certain tune was regularly played which always reminds me of those special times/chats.

Edi Brickell - Circles

Just wondering if you have any :D

candy girls
kadoc
jazz it up
klubbhopping
crazy man
are a few that spring to mind still got it some where
Gonna dig it out now

Ours was always a tape called Blackmarket Bleeps which remains my favorite ever mixtape. Had stuff on like Unique 3 - Activity, Meat beat manifesto - Radio Babylon, Shades of rhythm - Homicide, Rare arts - Boriqua posse, Cybersonic - Technarchy etc... phones:

I was always the driver (no change there then) and the tape was always brought from the car by a passenger in to wherever the comedown was.

Luckily, even though that tape has been everywhere for the last 13 or so years I still have it but accidently taped over the first 10 mins a few years later.
The mixing at the time was second to none and I never found out who the feck did it which has always annoyed me slightly

A right old mixed bag for us....

The Doors always seemed to get an airing, The End, goes on for even longer the morning after.

Early BDP/KRS-One albums.

Later on Pete Namlock stuff and Artifical Intelligence became the norm.
