These c**k munchers have just taken money out of my account for a record and postage. They didn't have the record in stock and I was told under any circumstances they wouldn't take it out of account. :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

They are so dodgy were they hoping I just souldn't see the money coming out my account?

probably they've done it with me 18 months after I ordered a record.
they onc eeven tried to give me a credit note for my mums cheque about 12 years ago...horrendous!!!!

got to be really carful chap... i tryed to buy one off their site and it said there was a problem with my card..rubbish .. i had emails off them everyday tellin me this...so in the end i sent them a nasty email telling them to take the card off their system..because they kept tryin to take money out...
best to deal direct...

I DON'T HEAR BACK PRONTO I will report it as unauthorised removal of funds to my bank. Funny thing is I had emails from a guy there telling me record was out of stock and then I had one from a woman telling me the record was on its way. Total dodgy amateurs. Its not rocket science is it? REMOVE THE RECORD FROM GEMM ONCE ITS SOLD!!!

HTFR is awful, last two orders have been completely wrong. Ordered the exact records/mixes listed on their site, received different releases than stated :mad:

I always tended to order, hear nothing from them, then after contacting them - get an e-mail saying item was out of stock !!!!!

Not bothered ordering from them for years now , safest option imo :thumbsup:

Having read the numerous threads slating their service, it would be advisable for anyone to steer cleer of buying anything online with them......safest bet is to visit their store.

Mad really, they have such a bad 'online' reputation...but people still keep going back for more ;)

Tim, not everybody who buys from HTFR comes on places like this to slate them.
