Does anyone know if this one ever got a release with a picture

I've seen the Eviva release tons of times but never with a pic

Yup, mines got a piccy sleeve (if thats wot u meant....). Its black brickwork with TNT Piano Please on, with ickle teeenie italian flag colours in a rectangle.....................

all i remeber is a lime green reverse

anyone know where i can obtain an original italian copy, i have it on ZYX,

not the same as having the Italo version though
