right peeps new to this lark, downloaded the BT program clicked on a link from a web site and it just sits there smirking at me with a zero percent download and wont budge.
I understand the more torrents you have the faster the DL will become but I cant get off the mark.

what am I doing wrong?

which torrent software are you using?

also what are ya downloading & where off?

a lot of the sites will tell you how many people are seeding the file etc

it's more like the more people you're connected to the faster the download..

I'd check that you're actually connected to people...could be something like you need to register with the tracker.

depends where you got it from aswell if it was from a link search site you might have to find the original source of the link and register on the site,or it might have be a dead link,one draw back with bt things can die quickly.also if your new to a site sometimes it can make you wait upto 48hrs before it lets you start leeching.
