for those of you who didnt know ... and for those who were intending on going .... this years warehouse party has been cancelled.

for me, the line up this year was pretty piss poor with no real big names bringin in the crowds ...... i noticed only the week before last that they had started to promote todd terry's set on flyers etc as a 'legiondary hacienda set' in an attempt to boost ticket sales ..... coupled with the fact that sasha's first appearance for renaissance in over ten years is on the same day, this years warehouse was never gunna do well, hence i didnt even consider the event this year ......

there are some big nights in the next couple of months if your into 'nu skool' stuff, for instance:

next fri - james zabiela @ urban gorilla
april 8th - sasha @ sankeys
april 9th @ laurent garnier, renaissance @ the bomb (a deffo phones: )
may 24th - homelands

all that amongst the quality old skool nights that some of yous lot put on :thumbsup:

laurent garnier will be an absolute definate phones: phones: phones: can never get enough of seein this guy play, technically superb :thumbsup: the bomb is a feckin cool club n'all ..... loads of nooks and crannys :thumbsup: our student house is only a taxi ride away, so if yer in need of a place to stay/chill its no problem, i'm sure there will be a few of us heading back including adam, biggy etc :)

alreet bud :) i'm still deffo up for garnier @ the bomb on fri, and pete gooding is playin n'all phones: a couple of my mates are thinkin about it and the rest ive gotta persuade over the weekend ...... you see, we're makin a weekender of it, coz 'hybrid' are doin a 5 hour set (4 decks 2 mixers) @ passion (red room sessions) the next day (saturday), and the club is only 2 miles away from my uni pad in coalville. steve lawler and mr.c are on that night n'all ..... so it looks like my pad will be a clubbers den next weekend if yer still thinkin about it :thumbsup: catch yer in a bit
