Trouble with mp3 mixes after downloaded!!!

Hello all....

I seem to be having no end of trouble downloading the mp3 mixex of the site..I can download the files yes no problem..But when iam going to open/play them..NOTHING!!!!!!. Iam using a 56k dail up connection not that this should matter..As i have downloaded ogg files of this site and they work fine..Its just all the mp3 mixes i download..Really pisses me of as most take between 3-4 hours to complete..And for what? Has anyone any idea whats up or can any one help...A stressed out downloader lol.. :confused: :confused:

Aye...If you can download it and its the correct file size, then it should work. Install the latest codex for you player :thumbsup:

Hi mate iam using windows media player the one you get with xp home. And yes i can play mp3s with it just not the ones i download :confused: :confused: ..What coddac would i be missing if any? As like i said wmp plays all my other mp3s fine..

if ya can play mp3's then its not a codec you need

maybe a problem in d/loading with the server and dial-up

try a download manager

like Getright or Stardownloader

have you tried playing them in winamp and seing if they work in that player?
