Like the tune a lot, a bassy groover if ever I heard one.

The 60 print run is an interesting idea. I was chatting to the guy behind Duff Disco, who is doing the same, vinyl only releases. It's really only for dj's I guess, but creates a bit of a buzz.

I think he's got a point of it being art, but I fear things have gone too far now, the kids treat music as free and downloadable. I think the days of record shopping or buying music in non digital form are numbered, despite the joy of it.

Thanks for link Shooms/Tim

The tune isn't bad, its not "wow" but a decent groover with a nice breakdown. Tastefully done.

Much prefer the original, but I was bound to say that!!!

In fact what only really stands out here is the marketing and tactics. Hats off.

In that lies my serious niggle....

Its hype yes, but based on an "ok" remake/remix.

What happened to being maverick AND having originality in music????

KLF is an obvious but necessary comparison. They had it nailed.

Unfortunately this thought has just reinforced what I miss oh so much about what it was like back then....
