.Gotta get up at 5.15, its a killer, especially when we aint goin to bed till the early hours. 3 or 4 hours kip is about half what I need an about a quater of what I was used to !!Well done m8, as for getting up early you will get used to it Wish ya all the best with new job and all.

Nothing worse than not getting enough kip. When i am on shift, I get home about 8:30 and before you know it, it's half five and time to go to work again. i do make up for it on my 4 days off though
