uploading help!!!!!

Can Anyone Help,ive Got Some Old Mixes I Did In My Music File, How Do I Upload Them On This Site???

You need an FTP program to upload to webspace, if you haven't got any webspace you can become a gold member and get 500MB for hosting your own mixes. see link below for more info.
