Uploading to FTP.. Problems

Peeps im having problems uploading to my ftp gold web space; i have uploaded to it before with no problems but now when i follow the link and get the two folders (pub and mail) i then go to file to log in as there is no drop down option for it can any one help??

It was there last time i uploaded but not now

it maybe because you could be using ie7 now mate, if so when you get the mail n pub folders you will need to click the page button (on the right) then 'open ftp site in windows explorer' - then you can click the file and login as
