Utopia, 1990'ish oldskool techno, artist?

Hi all,

Does anyone know the artist and possibly correct song title to a very old techno classic, I think its called Utopia as that was the only vocal in the track.

A building piano to massive stabbing synth bass, I loved it then and would love to love it again.

If you have the mp3 let me know too as I will start looking for it next.
