Does anyone know a program to reduce 'hiss' off video footage?.

I could probably somehow split it, and use Audacity and try and remaster/dub it over the top, but that sounds like a recipe for disaster.

Im after a program name really that can do a sort of cooledit style hiss removal but process the video and audio at the same time.

doh.

I think Adobe Audition does it :axe:

Never used it for video before, so I will give that a whirl when I find my installation program

It worked with Cool Edit so I guess Audition does it too. You can open video files and it seperates the audio files so you could edit it. Then when you save, it sticks it back together.
