just recieved an email pretending to be sent from my own email address saying that someone had recieved an email that was intended to be from me. it had an attachment with a .com extention. so be careful folks delete anything u get like that straight away

I think you sent it yourself Nathan when you were mashed
The attachement was a picture of you mashed disquised as a .com file so you wouldnt know it was you and you would then think it was a virus
