Catch me on msn mate i will try help ya.

You basically need the ftp settings which you will get from your isp. Then your gonna need a ftp program like cute ftp or one i use Ws_FTP Pro.

The you add the details like the server address, account name and password and port and connect

Then you simply drag and drop.

Make sure that all your file names are simple and have no spaces. You will then have an address like www.blueyonder.co.uk/sy69/(insert file name).

The address could be completely different tbh but you get the idea.

If you have XP Pro version (not sure if its on Home edition) then goto Start/My Network Places & add the details in that using the add Network Place wizard.
