I have a photo in 'my documents' on my computer but I still can't manage to get it onto the site. It's not a very good one but it is the only one I have got on there, and I can't expect other people to send me their photo and not put one on of myself!

What do you suggest - would it be easier for me to email it to you and you put it on for me? I know I am cheating but I'm really no good at all this.
