hahahaha...both apply, there is ALWAYS room for jelly...and flakey helmet needs oilin up from time to time...was a saying from me yute..think it's a pikey thang.
To apply gel..prob still wet look up by you, to ones hair thus allowing one to be able to proceed, maintain progress and go out for some tiffin.

sorry to be pedantic but the vocal sample is actually "got a groove", as in the name of the mixing track "hip hop (got-a-groove beats)".
i really should get out more...
