Rattling percussion, over the top wood instruments (or whatever) adding extra rise filling that extra bit of air usually redundant in many tunes. Underlying basslines that bubble away stirring the pulses, big emotive wobbly shit ontop, warm strings, noises that sound out of place but work, noises that sound like they shouldnt exist. Non-formulaic, fresh, a melody that makes nothing else matter at that point in time.
