Chav-ville Droylsden, innit!
Well, I've gone and planned something exciting for today, a day out to sunny Birmingham, oh yes!

My other half (who was born with a 'shopping gland') has never been (I kid you not, mind you, she's only 29), and from what I remember, Brum's got a LOAD of decent record shops for me to while away the afternoon!

I just hope it's all open on a Bank Holiday.

Then later it's back to my local (anyone know the 'Haddon Hall' in Droylsden?) where I intend to get well and truly MULLERED!

Now now, I know you're probably all thinking 'I wish Red had invited ME to Birmingham for a day's shopping', but I'm sure you'll have something else almost as good to do instead? :fekked:

What you all up to?

I went to the Zoo. The idea was born from Alcohol last night and once ya promises have been made, they've been made!!!!

I have just got back and apart from the sodding traffic it was alreet.

Anyone done anything quite this mad today? (lol lol)

Well, as mentioned, the Brum trip did indeed take place.

The following purchases were made, thus increasing the West Midlands economy:

:) (me) 11 CDs.

 (girlie) Earrings, bracelets, girlie stuff.

I think I got the good deal here, I got 11 CDs for somewhere in the region of £22, and there's some crackers, so I'm well happy (I'm also WELL MULLERED - didn't make it to my local, just to my local fridge)...

Apart from the odd record shop being closed (thanks, Tempest :( ), it was an excellent outing...

First visit to 'Hard To Find Records' (which we found without any maps) - I almost wet myself when I went upstairs - DJ kit heaven!!!

Right, I'm p*ssed, so I'm off...!
